The list below describes subprocessors used by Doqubox for specific parts of service delivery.

Hosting, object storage, and outbound SMTP are provided via Hetzner (EU region).

2. Current subprocessors

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) - hosting, object storage, and SMTP.

  Data categories: file content, metadata, operational logs, and email metadata.

• Bird B.V. (Netherlands) - SMS verification (OTP).

  Data categories: phone number and SMS metadata.

• Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) - payments and mandates.

  Data categories: payment-related identifiers.

3. Changes

We may change subprocessors when required for service delivery, security, or business operations. This page will be updated accordingly.
