For supported secure document flows, files are encrypted in the browser before upload and decrypted for the authorized recipient. They are not handled by the platform as ordinary readable attachments.

You can upgrade when your needs grow. Paid subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled from your account up to seven days before renewal. Your access continues until the end of the paid subscription period.

Passkeys use the security built into your device or password manager, such as a fingerprint, face recognition, or PIN. They are easier to use and more resistant to phishing than a reusable password.

Try an up-to-date browser, the device or password manager where your passkey is stored, or another trusted device. A synchronized passkey provider and a second trusted device help prevent loss of access.

The retention period may have expired, the sender may have revoked the message, or your account may not yet have the required access. Ask the sender to create a new exchange if the document has expired.

Activation happens only after Doqubox finds and validates the required DNS record. Check that the record matches exactly; DNS changes can take time to become visible across the internet.

Account administrators can view and download invoices from the subscription and invoices area. A payment mandate is used for recurring subscription invoices.
